The Optimist Club is partnering with Sport Central because many kids in Fort McMurray have lost all sorts of equipment from the wild fires ranging from bicycle helmets to hockey equipment. So far offers of support have been received from:
the Optimist Club of Bryansrton-Birr,
The Optimist Club in Paris, Ontario,
a club in Quebec,
Dinner Optimist Club of Calgary;
and a few personal donations.
