Our Annual General Meeting is on Monday September 14th at 6:15 PM in the Continental Inn 16625 Stony Plain Rd.
Extra tables will be set up so we can socialize at a distance. Menu service will be provided and our club board decided that members would be responsible for paying for what they order. A variety from soup, sandwiches to a full meal is available and should be ordered as soon as you arrive.
All members are urged to attend this meeting. Past President Bert will be conducting the election portion of this meeting. Samantha will update us on our finances and we will review our bylaws and policies.
